Hi, I’m Diana
A Life and Embodiment Coach and Breathwork Facilitator based in Calgary, Canada. I’m also a wife, a mother of two wonderful children (and two curious cats), a lover of nature, and someone who has personally experienced how deeply transformational the healing journey can be.
For years, I lived disconnected from myself, numbing past trauma, chasing external success, and avoiding the emotions I didn’t know how to face. I graduated as a journalist and communicator but ended up working in the oil and gas industry in sales and business development, pursuing what I thought was success. Everything looked good from the outside, but inside, I felt empty and knew I had deep healing work to do.
A big part of that journey has been the rediscovery of my authentic self, who I truly am beneath the roles, expectations, and cultural conditioning I once felt I had to live by. For much of my earlier life, I shaped myself to fit into what was expected of me. Now, I live and work in deep alignment with my truth. The more I stripped away the layers of who I thought I “should” be, the more I found my voice, my power, and a sense of freedom I never thought possible. Authenticity is no longer just a value, it’s the foundation of how I live, lead, and serve.
I know first-hand the challenges of healing from past wounds, low self-worth, and childhood trauma. Having done the work on myself in areas such as mindset, goal setting, embodiment and personal growth, I now use the insights gained to inspire and guide others toward their own self-discovery and healing.
In my roles as a Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Embodiment Coach, I’ve channelled my personal healing and devoted my studies to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. My approach integrates multiple practices and modalities to provide a holistic healing experience.
I host group breathwork sessions, free flow movement dance sessions, and group gatherings for men and women. I also guide one-on-one coaching and breathwork sessions. I am committed to sharing my personal experiences to inspire others in their own self-healing journeys.
As a Life Coach, I draw from the Ontological Coaching method, which not only focuses on taking action, but on identifying the root causes of our behaviors and integrating new ways of being that encompass mind, body, and emotions. This is something that I really resonate with and have incorporated into my own healing process.
As a Breathwork Facilitator, I use my personal understanding and connection to the power of the breath. I guide powerful breathwork experiences that induce emotional release, stress reduction, a deep sense of connection, mental clarity, healing, and relaxation, among other benefits. I will help you connect deeply with insights that are truly important to you, using techniques that I also use regularly in my own self-care practices. As you release emotional and energetic baggage, I will guide you toward a sense of gratitude and encouragement to continue pursuing your dreams.
I love creating guided meditations, which are also part of my sessions. These offer a sanctuary for mindfulness and inner peace, helping you access your deeper self. I explore the nature of being and consciousness, facilitating profound personal transformations. My intuition allows me to tap into unseen energies and insights, guiding you toward greater introspection.
As an Embodiment Coach, I encourage you to reconnect with your body and embrace your authentic self. By integrating movement, awareness, and presence, I help you achieve a deeper sense of alignment and well-being.
