We are psychosomatic beings. Our “issues are in the tissues” and our bodies keep the score. Working on issues only through the mind creates stagnant energy that needs to move to be transformed. You may have found that talking about your past experiences is not enough to create the change you want.

Today more than ever we need to learn to tap in to our mind-body connection. Our nervous system has adapted to the world we are in and the experiences we’ve lived along the way. This has created a unique imprint in the way we move (or don’t move) through our world as individuals. In other words, our reactions and responses are not only connected with the way we think, but also with the way our body (nervous system) responds to situations that remind us of past experiences. It almost becomes predictable, and we often don’t give ourselves a chance to assess a situation. Instead, we simply react and respond in the same ways we are familiar with. We carry the weight from our past and the smallest triggers bring us back to old ways of being. 

There are ways to release all this energy. 

Our emotions are energy in motion, and when we keep repeating the patterns from the past, those emotions block our flow. Sometimes we just need to feel it to heal it, other times we need to process it through movement or breath, and all this  needs to be combined with a shift in perspective.

If we can become aware of those unconscious patterns, limiting beliefs and ways of being that don’t serve us anymore, then we can make changes.

My Embodiment and Life Coaching Sessions

In these sessions, you’ll rediscover the wisdom of your body, gain clarity in your life path, and learn to live from a place of authenticity and presence. I create a safe, nurturing space where you can explore, heal, and grow with confidence.

No two sessions are alike—because no two people are. I carefully design each session to meet your unique needs; however, you will always come as you are in that moment and I will meet you right there with:

  • Music curated to move your emotions and deepen your experience.
  • Personalized movement, breathwork, and awareness practices to support your journey.
  • Intuitive guidance that ensures the session unfolds organically and authentically.
  • A fluid blend of embodiment practices, ontological inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS) exercises, and life coaching tools for holistic support.

 I also guide free-flow movement sessions for groups and individuals. I create a safe and fun environment for participants to move, dance, and express themselves authentically. In this supportive space, everyone in the group enjoys a sense of belonging and feeling seen. 

Drawing on principles from embodiment and polyvagal theory, I invite you to move freely and connect to your breath. You will release accumulated stress, tension and stored emotions, and fully engage with the present moment. In this safe container, you will connect with your inner self and unique experiences, meeting yourself exactly where you’re at while expressing and releasing stored emotions.

Thoughtfully chosen musical pieces, freeing exercises, and instinctive guidance ensure a joyful and judgement-free experience.

During Your Session

Each session is different and incorporates a holistic blend of techniques.

• Ontological Coaching to shift your way of being and how you relate to the world
• Internal Family Systems (IFS) exercises to explore and heal different parts of your psyche
